Translating Whatsapp Audios for our Partner’s Clients
Providing language support is Respond’s top priority. We are always flexible and responsive to anyone facing language barriers. A wonderful interpreter from the Q’eqchi team has been providing translation and recording of voice messages for our partners from Al Otro Lado.
The attorneys at AOL reached out to us because they needed to communicate with their clients via Whatsapp. Some clients are in their home countries, while others are in the United States. Our interpreter and translator, Irma, has been on a Whatsapp group with two attorneys from AOL translating the voice messages between the clients and their attorneys since last August. Thanks to Irma, the attorneys have been able to communicate clearly and successfully with their clients and her assistance has allowed the attorneys to continue working on their client's cases.
From August up to November 15, 2022, Irma translated and recorded 100 Whatsapp audio.
