Operations and Outreach

Meg joined the Respond team as a Spanish translator in February 2020, just after graduating from Middlebury College, where she studied Spanish, Arabic and Philosophy. Now she leads on operations and outreach. Prior to joining the Respond team, Meg worked on literacy and language access projects in Madrid, Spain and Tangier, Morocco through Madrid for Refugees and the Tangier American Legation Institute for Moroccan Studies. Now, she lives in Berlin, where she’s working on a masters in Middle Eastern studies at Freie Universität focusing on migration and gender studies. Meg speaks English, Spanish, Modern Standard Arabic, Moroccan Darija, and is struggling to learn German.
