Isa Romo

HR + Community Director

Isa is a Human Resources expert with focus on Recruitment and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She's an Organizational Psychologist with a passion for social justice. When not working in Respond, she's a board member at a non-profit that generates community based employment for people with disabilities. Isa recently moved to California from Mexico City, and is very empathic about the struggles immigrants go through and how important language democracy is. Isa is also a creative maker, and likes to work on a lot of different projects from her garage.
