Francisco joined Respond as an Operations Associate in 2023. Francisco was born in Mexico, but raised in the United States. He currently resides in Mexico.

Francisco has worked in the tech+human rights space since 2019 and he has a growing interest in data, data analysis, and coding in humanitarian contexts. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs.
