Lara Capelleto

Eastern Europe and Central Asian Languages Project Manager

Lara joined RTC in July 2024 as a volunteer interpreter, and now supports Respond as the Eastern European and Central Asian Languages Project Manager, as well as a volunteer translator and proofreader. 

She is based in Venice, Italy, and holds a BA in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation Studies and a 1st-level Master's in International Management. She is currently completing her MA in Interpreting. Every Saturday, she hosts a Russian Conversation Club for Respond's linguists and collaborators. 

She is passionate about providing quality linguistic support to those who need it most, ensuring that language is never a barrier to dignity and understanding.
