HR + Community Director

Isa is an Organizational Psychologist and HR consultant who helps nonprofits build better systems for their people. She works closely with leaders to create the structures, processes, and culture that let teams do their best work. Having navigated her own cross-cultural journey, she deeply understands the importance of belonging and access — and that shows up in everything she does. When she's not working with organizations, she's on the board of a nonprofit creating jobs for people with disabilities, or tinkering on a new project in her garage.
